 The Navy League of the United States is a 100% civilian member organization.
Who Can Join the Navy League?
Men and women, at least 18 years old, who are American citizens and civilians, are eligible to become members. Civilian spouses (both male and female) of active duty military service members may also join. Active duty members of the armed services are not qualified to become members, however former and retired service members CAN join as civilians.
Military service is NOT a requirement of membership.
What is required of those wishing to join the Navy League?
- A belief in the principles of liberty;
- An understanding that naval strength is the pillar which upholds freedom of the world's oceans and waterways, and our national defense;
- Accepting that free and safe shipping between nations is the best method to support and maintain the national and global economy, and foster goodwill and trade between nations; and
- A desire to support the mission, goals and welfare of the members of America's Sea Services consisting of the U.S. Navy, Marine Corps, Coast Guard and Merchant Marines (and their families).
An individual who is a foreign national (citizen of another country) residing in the United States may also join the Navy League as an Associate Member, to show their appreciation of the liberties they enjoy while living in America and to support of the members of the Sea Services.

The Bridge is an exclusive group of Honolulu community leaders whose influence and annual donations significantly enhance the endeavors of the Honolulu Council.
In recognition of this high level of support, special programs, privileges and events which provide unique opportunities for The Bridge to interact with the Navy, Marine Corps and Coast Guard communities are scheduled throughout the year.

Individuals who support the Navy League mission as well as our Sailors, Marines and Merchant Mariners, are encouraged to join the Honolulu Council. Membership benefits return the price of annual membership many times over. Discounts from national and local companies illustrate the coverage that Navy League membership provides.
The Individual Member Annual Rate is $79. Bi-annual and Tri-annual memberships are available.

Member and Spouse – The Honolulu Council welcomes members who want to make their Navy League Experience a family affair. Any new member may also enroll their spouse or partner when they apply for a New, or renew their existing Membership.
The annual Member-Spouse Rate is $109. Bi-annual and Tri-annual memberships are available.

An individual may apply for Life Membership in the Honolulu Council, the payment of which eliminates the need for annual, bi-annual or tri-annual renewal periods. All Council Member Benefits apply. Life Members receive a Honolulu Council Membership ID Card bearing their name, membership number and LIFE MEMBER.
Individual Life Membership is $850.00.
